Vacuum Food

According to BBC good food website, the primary purpose of packing food is to transfer oxygen out of the product. This method cannot use instead of freezing, but if we combine these method together, it will save food longer. This source is support the idea of my term paper because we can trust the information, and the author is the professor of preventing food.
